The terms of reading

A clear distinction between editorial guidance and the arrangements you make with a hospitality provider.

Operator and scope

This website is operated by Spritzmysteryparcl Ltd, 27 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2PA, United Kingdom; company no. SC784216. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

The website provides general information and independent commentary about morning dining. It does not operate a breakfast club, sell memberships, make reservations, provide concierge services or accept payments for venue access.

Editorial material is not a booking guarantee

Our qualitative criteria are opinions and explanatory tools, not official ratings or guarantees. No recent visit, inspection or first-hand service audit is implied unless expressly stated. Photographs are illustrative unless identified otherwise.

Venue menus, prices, opening hours, access arrangements, dress requirements and cancellation terms can change. Confirm them directly before travelling or paying. Our material is not medical, dietary, legal or accessibility advice, and cannot establish that a venue or dish meets your individual needs.

Independence and third-party links

Named venues, brands and sources belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation. External websites and booking services are controlled by third parties. Any reservation, purchase or other contract you make is with the relevant provider, not with us.

Using the contact tool

The compose tool constructs text locally. Review, copy and download actions do not send a message. You are responsible for reviewing the text and choosing whether to send it through your own email service. We do not guarantee a reply or provide urgent assistance.

Do not use the tool to prepare unlawful, threatening, deceptive or privacy-infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorisation or introduce harmful code.

Copyright and permitted use

Original editorial text and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may read, link to and make reasonable personal copies. Statutory quotation and other lawful exceptions remain available. Seek permission before substantial republication or commercial reuse.

Third-party photographs, trademarks and quoted material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Nothing here grants a right to reproduce those assets beyond what the relevant law or licence permits.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every statement will always remain current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general editorial material instead of obtaining current, relevant confirmation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing here removes a consumer’s right to use a court or legal protection available under applicable law.

Terms may be updated when the website’s operation changes. The version displayed applies to use of the site at that time. For factual corrections, see our editorial standard; for personal-information questions, see our privacy notice.
